My Background

Lauren Elizabeth Bek, Director of Special Events at Endicott College, is a 2021 graduate of Endicott’s Hospitality program with a concentration in Event Management and also holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University in 2023. With a career defined by hard work, determination, and a passion for hospitality, she has executed high-profile institutional events alongside the college president, coordinated luxury weddings, completed internships at boutique hotels and a chamber of commerce, and studied abroad in Dubai and Australia to expand her global perspective.
